Anyone Know Who Made This '80 Style Hood ?
I bought a wrecked '74 back in the Summer that someone was planning on fixing and sold off all of the new & used parts except this unusual hood. It had been painted but never installed. It is apparent that it is an '80 Style Custom Hood. I kept it to go on my '80. My question is Has anyone ever seen one and who made it?Thanks JIM

Wow.. that's an awesome hood. I think I saw a modified one on a Lingenfelter tuned 78 Pace Car once, it has 2 nostrils in the front (that didn't look very good IMO)

I assure you these pictures don't do this hood justice. It's a really nice hood. I was just curious as to who made it. It is a very good job whoever did.
I asked Vanacoors about it, He wants to see it. I am going to carry it to Knoxville EXPO and meet him to see about fitting the L-88 airbox in it. He said he may carry it back and copy it. JIM

If I had won the 137 million dollar lotto the other day I would own one of everything Chevrolet made in 1967 and build a '67 Chevrolet Dealership to put them in.

I was a Sophmore in High School that year, Life was good! I learned a lot of bad habits that year..........................
I had a friend who's Dad was an Engineer. He ordered a 1967 Red Corvette 435 hp Roadster that year. We al told him Yeah, he's ordered a Corvair! guess what? It sure was sweet!
