Upon closer inspection, the blue 68 has an incorrect passenger dash (note pockets), incorrect hood for a 327/300 and an ill-fitting replacement radio (probably cut the plate). Also, did they use a chrome valve cover on the 327?

Other than that, I'd take it.

You are right.. It doesn't look 100 original.. but - if the engine is really the matching numbers engine - the car could be put back to mostly original condition for relatively little money...
