My 71 now has a DEMON!!!
Man, what a carb. Smooth as silk. I think its a big improvement over that old holley.
Question, can anyone tell me why I had to screw in the two primary screws all the way to get a better run. The secondary screws had to go in a little but not much, any ideas???
Word to the wise, lubricate threads of the pipe to flare adapter before install, its the only way.
Now I need recommedations on a new rotor, distributor cap, and plug wires.
I have taylor 8mm wires that are not even a year old and have pretty much leaked spark from day one, need something better. Are there any that are prefitted(no crimping envolved)? 45 degree boots work best on my setup.

MSD makes wires with no crimping involved that's what I use. The 8.5mm with 90* boots, but I'm sure they have plenty of others.
