Default [Houston] Where to find Spicers?

Anybody in Houston know of a drivline or truck shop that I can find some Spicer u-joints?

Also looking for a good shop to flush, inspect, and possibly repair my aluminum radiator.

Travis,
Call Northwest Drivetrain on FM529. Don't have their number here at home, but they are in the book. They have Spicer components, and their installation and balancing prices have been reasonable each time I've used them (Jeep Cherokee, Chevy Suburban, All Corvette shafts).
Don't know of a radiator shop offhand, try posting at http://www.houstonc3.homeip.net/forum/
The Houston C3 Forum. I'm sure one or more of those guys has used a shop or two.

Why are you stuck on Spicer. I have used and have heard of numerous others that have used Brute Force U-Joints with great satisfaction.

Check in the Drag Race section... Some of the Drag Racers have pretty bad experience with Brute Force U-joints... For regular use - it doesn't matter what u-joint you use.. but for Drag Racing - the Spicers are the way to go.. Even looking at them - you can see already the difference in quality...

Jeff - Thanks, I'll call them tomorrow. Very cool, cause I live right by there.

I use Northwest Drivetrain too. Ask for Gary.

They just did my 3.5"x .134 halfshafts with 1480 series Spicer solid u-joints for my Dana 60 IRS coversion. Great folks!
