[GRANDSPORTC3 RACING RESULTS + VIDEO] look in here...
11's??? Not yet... but I'm getting close...
New best ET!!! 12.19 @ 115.04
Here is the time slip:
The video is a little messed up (my girlfriend filmed :rolleyes: :rolleyes: )
but it still shows a good burnout :D :D )

I only arrived very late and got to run only twice... On my second run I didn't get any traction through the first and second gear and only ran mid 12's...

This time I shifted into 2nd gear during the burnout to warm up the tires real good...

I did not notice you shifted. My buddy is going to buy a 400+ crate motor from AR also he is 71 into pick it up in Feb. I am thinking about selling both my cars and getting a vert. I would like to put a nice crate in the red one though. If I do I will not sell it. Those line locks sure do make for an impressive burnout. Good luck on getting into the 11's

What rear gears are you running? Are you running drag radials now?

Good Job! Won't be long now till you get your 11's. We have very similar timeslips from last night. I think you will get there before me because I don't think I will ever get there. Maybe next week!

I'm sure that you'll get to 11's soon.. I won't be able to race again before mid January.. Most strips shut down the tracks for the holidays and open up again mid January...

Mid January!! I'm probably looking maybe mid March. You southern guys have it made. If Ido go in March it will still be very cold. You will get the 11s :D

It never gets really cold here.... Well - it's great that we have 12 months beach season.. but for racing - the hot temps suck...

P.S. The temp at the track was approx. mid to upper 50's because a strong cold front came through that night... It won't get any colder than that around here...
