Ohhhh that hood scoop is da bomb. I saw that first thing and thought that is an idea..........but it is all backasswards. Try again.
It also has the Mustang louvers behind the windows. Lots of work to put into this vette though.

The car is probably worth the 4K of the opening bid - not more for a 74. It will take 10-12K in paint, interior and misc. mechanicals. Then you would have about 15k into a 74 BB that has been rebuilt - not too far off.

Kinda hate to say it, but the only thing that I MIGHT like, is the vents on the nose. I would not do it to mine, but kinda like it. Hood scoop LOOKS like it was put on backwards, and that's why that looks strange. I may not like it, but I would NEVER critisize ANYBODY for trying something different. :flag

I saw a guy cleaning out the inside of his Vette, and it was (GACK) covered with wall to wall **** rug carpetting. I'm talking about, on the doors, on the dash, and on the seats.
Now that's a stupid sense of style. But it's not the worst I've ever seen. I HAVE actually seen one up on that. This friend of mine got a killer deal on a 1968 Camaro with no rust and decent mechanical shape. But then he calls me and asked, "How do you get off rabbit fur that's been glued on?"
"Huh???!!", I asked.
Then he says the entire interior is covered in rabbit fur. On the dash, the steering wheel, the ceiling and doors, AND the seats.
I just told him to forget it, and plan on spending the next few grand on a totally new interior.
I know what it is. Low-riders run strong in Colorado. And there are some pretty weird Chicano creations here...bless their hearts.
