BM hood?
Does anyone make a hood that looks like the BM hoods? http://www.yenko.net/dealers/69bmgt2.jpg is a good picture of it. I like it better than the L88 style I was planning on getting later on in life, but I don't think anyone makes one like it.

Re: BM hood? (Schmucker)
Eckler's offers a stinger hodd, but it doesn't look quite like the one in your link. The hood in your link looks like an LT1 hood with a stinger scoop on top. You should be able to recreate one without too much work.

I really like that hood too, was hoping to find someone who makes them since I have to fiberglass experience. No luck yet, keep us posted if you find someone who makes em.

Re: BM hood? (Fevre)
Every now and then one pops up on ebay. They usually go for under $200 because most people don't realize what it is.
It is quite similar to an LT1 hood with a stinger on top except the recesses where the chrome would be is filled in.

Well, Vanacor makes it, but then again Vanacor makes ALL of Eckler's hoods.

You can get a BM hood from some dude on the east coast. I have since misplaced his name on my computer somewhere, but he owns the rights to the molds. IIRC, he charges approximately $1500 for a "new" hood. But, it's an original, made from the original molds.

Look in the back of Corvette Fever, Vette, Chevy High Performance. There's always ads in the back for Motion Performance and they still sell fiberglass parts, it's been a while since I looked for the ad but Joel might still sell the hoods. I can post the number in the morning when I get home if nobody can find the ad.
