*** Monty - The International Super Hero!!! ***
It's amazing to see how word gets around on the Internet. A friend of mine just emailed me that he'd seen a link to Monty's website on a Finnish Bicycle off topic forum!!! The whole thing is written in Finnish so it's no use for most of you guys here, but it's basickly one of those debates about who makes the fastest cars and lot of people there are saying that american cars are pile of poopie ( I know, I know... ) and this one guy came up with a link to Monty' site to give an prime example of how American cars can have nice hp/litre ratio :yesnod:
Well boys will be boys.... and they ride BMXs!!!!

I've been getting alot of to my webserver from that site. I usually get about 100-150 unique hits to my Index page a day, but since Dec 2 or so, it's been averaging around 200-220 hits, with about half coming from that site alone. Of course, I have no idea what they're saying...
Over the past year or so, I've had several situations like that where I see alot of traffic coming to my site from another site, and I'll find out that it's a site like that one in another language. A few times, out of curiousity, I've tried to translate some of the posts via a internet based translator. Oftentimes, key words won't be in the translator so I miss out on exactly what the person wrote. It's pretty entertaining sometimes. The power of the internet is neat, but I think this is the first time my site has been mentioned on a non-auto related site that I'm aware of.

I would say that your car will go 0-175 mph faster than most of the $100,000 plus european sports cars.
Vettes, even for all out GT racing have always been a very good bang for the buck "Dollar". I read in Motor Trend Mag. That you could buy a C-5R ready to race For @ $125,000 The race ready Viper is $165K and the GT1 spec Porche was over $250K
I think that for a total investment of under $75,000 you can have an honest to goodness 200 mph road warrior C-3 Vette.

Damn Groovyjay! Soumi is truly unrelated to any Indo-European language I've ever seen! Where did you people come from, Jupiter? :D You have my greatest respect, to grow up speaking Soumi, and to become fluent in English.

Re: *** Monty - The International Super Hero!!! *** (Hemmo)
In that discussion people are basicly arguing that are american made cars better or worse than european / japanese cars... Some people in here can't understand that 30 / 30+ years old american car can be as fast as brand new rice... After that their are saying that at least the suspension of the american cars is worse than in the rice... And most of these worst guys have never even sit in an american muscle!

Well Houska Yolua guys!
I probably spelled it wrong, but I think you Finn guys might get it. I learned that, plus alot of the dirty words from my Finnish friends here in San Pedro Ca. :D
I'll never forget how excited my friends cousin, who came here from Finland, was when I did a nice burnout in my 454 vette with him in the passenger seat. He also loved 4 wheelin' in big American trucks too!
