How's it going? Meaning to e-mail since the IM is not functioning properly. How are things?
I like the design and at 2,200 lbs or so, it must handle pretty nice. How did ours get so heavy? :confused:

Could also be no power steering, no power windows. no A/C, less sound insulation. That stuff begins to add up.

Fevre, there is some debate about who borrowed from whom. The Banshee is a 1964 Chicago Auto Show car and the Mako 2 is a 1965 New York Auto Show car. Both developed at around the same time but Pontiac and Chevy (I believe) had seperate design teams that would not routinely share concepts with each other.
At any rate, look at the pic from the back. Looks like a 2nd gen Firebird doesn't it?

I like that hard top. Would have been a nice sister car to the vette, too bad GM wanted the Corvette to be the only King. The Banchee would have made a nice Prince. :)
