changed valve covers to edelbrocks what do you think
from the stock centerbolt syle to the edelbrock elite series,i had them sitting on the shelf so i cleaned them up and put them on,i need to extend the one breather tube still. My oil leak was a bent valve cover so now its fixed and it looks better now too, only thing is now i want more polished aluminum :D

It can become addictive.
:D
BTW it looks great Pat. Do the covers have blue on them or is that just a reflection from the intake. If it's just a reflection I would be real tempted to get some blue anodize paint and fill in the low areas of the valve cover to match. But then I'd probably put in chrome seats if I could get them. :jester

Now, this is just my humble opine ... but I prefer NO-names or bowties. When I was ordering parts for my new motor, I looked at all that cast stuff ... and I wound up buying very inexpensive PLAIN cast aluminum covers.
Somehow it just did not seem right to PAY good money for covers that advertized for somebody's company. And they are NOT CHEAP :smash: either! Mine cost I think $60 and are cast aluminum. No Name and no Bowtie.
