Question on PCV value and hose for a 1969 427 L-36 engine
Please answer this question
I just got a 1969 427 coupe and I am working on restoring the engine, several piece not stock, the PCV value has a plastic elbow and then it is placed in a non molded hose, all my books show a molded hose and a clamp to the carb, can anyone they me if this is correct or the elbow type is correct, also any tricks on removing hoses which have been on for years and hard to come off :chevy

You'd have better luck finding the answer over in the "Correct Restoration" section of the Forum. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zeroforum?id=77
But you should be able to find exactly what you are looking for on page 91 of Dr. Rebuild's Online catalog. http://www.docrebuild.com/dr-r-web/PCV2.pdf
You'll need the Adobe PDF file viewer to see this webpage.
Good Luck!
