of course it would have to be scaled down, but i wanted to make it big so we could have decent pic quality.

i can change anything about this pic. Mark, i used your vette because you suggested "Orange Crush" and Mrkln, i used yours because as far as i know yours is the only orange C5 on the forum. if you guys dont want your pics in it, i can use diffrent cars no problem. i can change the font color, the little black circle, the orange background, so if you guys have any problems with it we can change it. :cheers:

Hey, I like it. Looks like my 69 except for the L88 hood. :)

Here's a funny "orange" story. My wife and I took our 69 to Ocean City, Maryland a few years ago. Entered the car show...NCCC type concours. Instead of classifying cars by years, they decided to classify them by COLOR.

Blue was called the "SKY" class, Red was ???, White was "SNOW", and Orange and Yellow were together called the "Sunrise" class. There were quite a few orange and yellow Corvettes of all years in the class. One of my NCCC buds had his Orange 73 there. He looked at our "class" and said, "Man, these colors look like PUS" :) .

From that point on, during the show, the Sunrise class was unofficially called the "PUS" class. To this day, we still chuckle about it..."are you bringing the pus colored car?"

Orange....you either LOVE it, or HATE it. I personally LOVE the color because it's so unique. Chuck
