Is there a VIN number Registry?
Hi, I was wondering if there is a VIN number registry? I went to CARFAX.com but they only have records back to 82. Thats doesnt help me because I want info on a 77 Ray. Anyone know a better site? :hat

Unfortunately, there are no other sites, and nothing available for your year. You'll have to resort to "old fashioned detective work" to trace your car's history. Ask the guy you bought it from where he bought it, etc. NO easy way, AND nothing available from GM, unless your car was originally delivered to Canada. Chuck
