Not sure on the torque # but keep in mind crate engines are rated in gross hp (at the crank with no accessories or flywheel) versus most production engines are rated in net hp (at the flywheel with accessories). In other words, if you're comparing the crate to your factory engine, make sure the #s are apples to apples!

After looking at it on the web page that is a sweet piece and price. So how does that work, SDPC orders GM short block and parts and assemblem them or is it strait from the general?
