One thing I am really getting tired of is that everywhere I look they have all kinds of C1,C2,C4 and C5 stuff, what about the C3????? The screen savers or wallpaper on that site is cool but no C3. And today I was looking in Ecklers at the crystal vette models and of course no C3. O well it may just be me.

This has been a sore spot with many C3 owners, very few items for the C3 people. You would think that the vendors would wake up already, we're not the richest bunch around but we do buy things...or should I say "would buy things" if they were available. Die-cast cars are a great example, I know the guys who have years other than 69 would like one.

You'll have to do what I'm doing then, watch ebay for some 1/20th scale Corvette models, one of them is called the "Stinger" and comes with some custom parts or you can build it stock. It comes with an L-88 hood and sidepipes, now I just have to find time to build it and customize it a little.

You could also buy one of the 1/8th scale models and do the same thing but they usually get bid up past $100. I have seen some parts kits for cheap on ebay too in that scale.

Amt is putting out a lot of new ones in plastic for the 50 year bit. I have seen '70 and '72 at wal mart. And yesterday at a wal mart I found a new Revell 1/18 of the '69 vert in grey with red interior for $9.98. Also, for the 50 year thing, Johnny lighting is doing all 50 years in 1/64 (hot wheels size), I have found them in Target.
