ADVICE??????????????
Found a 1968 Vert (Blue) 4 spd. Needs front right brake calipher, (but still functional) Non matching #'s Has a 350/ with aprrox 300 hp w/ 10k. Car has 75k on the odometer, and the guy says its a daily driver, Interior compleltly redone, no known accidents. for $13k Is this a good one, I am goig ot look at it on fri, but we will see.

I cannot help but add this --> Find somebody who really know their stuff around these cars. Take him with you to look at potential purchases. It is very, very easy for a newbie to get badly burned.

Black68 vette, why are you upset to own a 68? Also, what shoudl i look for, what are bad spots for rust/rot/damage. ALso, anything else i should look for. Mike

Restoring a '68 is a bit of a challenge, psychologically. In other words, if not already, it will make you nuts.
Several one-off 1968 only parts that are hard to find (read: expensive) when restoring. Hope it has all the door locks.
