Default Vacume valve inside air cleaner?

Anybody know where I can get a replacement vacume valve the is inside the air cleaner? it controls the flapper in the two fresh air intakes on my 79 L-48?

That should be a common AC Delco part available at most auto stores. GM used the same one for years on most V-8's

Question - are you sure the vacuum valve is bad and not a frozen door? Put a vacuum pump to the input and see if the door opens, if not put vacuum to the door itself.
