Default engine setup..cam and heads

will a 268H cam work well with GM 186 heads, and a stock bottom end? What kind of HP, and 1/4 times should I run. Not sure of my gears.

just want to make sure because...if i put in cam this month. And want to add these heads I have sittin in my bedroom later this year.. (I like to get up and look at them in the mornin :D ... )
