can someone tell me what the part number is for the correct shroud. is it different then the other small block shrouds?

Check over in correct restoration, some of the guys that hang out over there are walking encyclopedias of Corvette knowledge. I can't even give you the part number for a '69 LT-1, it isn't in the AIM.

The original part number was 3956109. It fit all with HD radiator. Regular SB with A/C , and all SP-Hi-Perf(LT-1)

these are the numbers from the one i bought; 379937. i thought i was buying the right one. what do i have?

The number I posted was from a parts book which is probably different than the original casting number. Maybe someone has a 71 AIM that would show the original casting number.

The correct part number is the one that Pete posted originally - 3956109. This number is also molded into the upper left corner of the shroud.

This shroud is the one listed in the parts book and was installed on every LT-1 I've ever owned including a '71.

It was still available under part number 3956109 as of six months ago for a list price of $139.00.
