HELP problem #1 - Horn is blowing all the time
I'm wrapping up the steering column overhaul, put everything back together and hooked up the battery. OK, I tap the horn and it stays on. Disconnect the battery and then hook it up again. Horn is off. Tap horn again, stays on. WTF?
I take out horn button, shims, etc. Put them back on, same thing.
ANy ideas?
