Default soft brake pedal

Today, when I was sitting at several lights with my foot on the brake pedal, it feels firm at first and then starts to soften under my foot pressure. What causes this? Do you think I have a small leak somewhere? Could it be as simple as topping off the fluid in the MC? I know some of you have to have run into this. Thanks for the help in advance! :seeya

Dump some Viagra into the master cylinder... stiffens the pedal right up.... keeps it firm.
