Default When do you apply the gelcoat?

I was thinking after the body work before primering. Is this right?

There wasn't any gelcoat on any C3's from the factory. You do not need it. Prime with an epoxy primer/sealer to keep any strands of bare glass from showing through. Follow that with primer/surfacer, block it smooth, then paint.

Use PPG DP50. It works great.
