aluminum wheel cleaner
I have just got another set of 77 aluminum wheels and have the outside stripped, wet sanded, buffed and polished and they came out pretty good. What is a good product and process for getting the 25 years of grime on the inside of the wheel off?

Believe it or not, I just picked up a used set of stock 82 rims, too. To clean the inside of the rims, I used a Scotch Brite pad and Simple Green. Worked pretty well. If you need to, you can use something to really clean it up afterwards like Mothers mag Wheel cleaner.
