Default Some "house keeping" things

Just checking general condition of my car today, noticed some things so maybe you guys can help me out:

LF tire has tread worn on innerside only, does that mean too much camber? If so, how can I check to see and can i correct it at home or go to mechanic?

Frame has some surface rust, should I be worried? Should i take immediate action to stop rust, like repaint?

Brake pads don't completly contact rotors, maybe 1/16inch hanging over, is this bad?

May be, but I'd guess it's toed out too much and the wear just showed up on this tire first. If the camber was bad enough to cause it, I'd think you could see how bad it was out. Either way, I'd take it to an alignment shop.

If it's just surface rust, I wouldn't get too excited about it. I'd put it on the list to fix on a rainy weekend... A little sanding and a shot of paint.

Probably not... But usually the pads are inside the O.D. of the rotor and cause a lip to build up on the rim of the rotor. I wouldn't worry about it.

Thanks a bunch.

New development: I rotated the LF tire with another with more tread. Before it was pulling slightly to the right, now it pulls slightly to the left. What could this be? Alignment? Too much toe-in? Camber?

You probably need a complete four wheel alignment.
