Default T56 Transplant

There are plenty of them and relatively cheaply...
Question is, will they fit a C3??
Somebody done it?
Thanks

They will fit, at least the GM late model camaro from 93-97, with only crossmember and driveshaft mods. (according to what i have heard seen and measured) and you can usually pick up an entire kit with used tranny and clutch, new master and slaves, bellhousing, shifter and pedals for $1500. Remember, though, the originals need a different flywheel than is in you motor, as the bolting flange on the one piece rear main motors is different. My solution is to get an newer block, as the flywheels are another $400 or so. I love the double overdrive idea with about 4.88 gears out back.
