Bleeding PS system ?
Just replaced PS pump, valve, cylinder and hoses. What is the best way to get all the air out of the system? Go and drive it a few miles?

Jack-up the front to get the tires in the air. Start the car and turn the steering wheel lock to lock for a while. Don't
Just a stop to stop rotation full left, full right....gentle when the wheel hits the stops...don't hold the wheel hard
againest the stops.
It will feel firmer than it's former self.
You might need to snug up/adjust the adjustment screw on the top of the steering box. (the nut with the srew going thru it)

Re: Bleeding PS system ? (Swamp Thang)
There is a bleed screw under the valve. I had air inmine after replacement and jacked up front end and bled like brakes by turning the wheel.
