My efforts in desnaging my fuel indication problem led me to the sending unit in the tank. To think of all the work I have done on this car I have never pulled the tank. well I set to work expecting to break off a few bolts in the process. but to my surprise it all came out fine. And I learned a few things along the way. I didn't know that my tank had a blader and I also didn't know that the sending unit was so flimisy, I swear the my daughter has gotten better built toys from McDonalds. I can't belive that they want over 200$ for a sending unit, but it was repairable and now it works great. Just goes to show that us back yard Corvette mechanics can fix anything.
