Default Beautiful Day To Burn Some Dinosaurs

Finally got around to changing the speedo gear from 4.10 to 3.70. Took the car on an hour drive. It is around 60 and sunny here today. This winter has been great. 1 small snow and it has been warm. I have not got many projects done due to the nice weather. I don't want to lay it up for any time. The trans still need fixing. Got a compliment from and old 56 Ford driver at the fuel pumps today. Just a nice day for a ride.

Gordon:
This winter has been pretty mild. It was about 50 degrees around here yesterday. So when do you plan to pull the Muncie?

When I get a blow shield. Don't want to have to pull it again. I'll do it all at once when I get one. It grinds going into 4th in the upper rpms. Normal cruise it is OK

Same here Gordon. Replaced 2 headlights, distributor cap and rotor(also had more chores lined up, just too nice out!) then drove for about an hour. Felt real good to be out in the Vette again! The top stayed up, but it won't be long now!
