Here is a place in Pennsylvania that seems to have the small quantities.

It's a high-temp paint manufactured by/for General Electric, originally for electric motors. Also works well inside engines (lifter valley, etc.)

It's Glyptal with an 'a'. Basically, red electric motor winding enamel that has found favor in painting engine castings to prevent the release of remnant sand.

Eastwood sells it.

Use the box at the top to search for glyptal.

Pretty sure it is Glyptol. My local GE supplier stocks it in quart cans for under $20 USD ... also 12 ounce aerosol for about same price. I talked with them about it just last week. If you can't find it any nearer to you ... here's my supplier's contact info.

Dude, look on the can that Noel posted! ;)

Also look here:http://www.autoblueprint.com/glyptal.shtml It says it in the link and in the text. I think it's a common mistake that people call it glyptol but it's defenately glyptal.
