My old car...
Here are some pics of my 79 before it got disassembled. I was very heavy into stereos at the time, I had the stickers and everything. I took 'em off when I started to get followed home. The system wasn't complete at the time, hence the one missing amp. I did an unofficial 142db with the mic positioned on the passanger seat.

I tried a similar setup in the 74 and tore it out immediatley because it sucked. Having the subs face up towards the back window created the perfect environment for them to work in. The 78-82 cars are best for the db drags in my opinion. When I cracked the windows or opened the doors it went even higher. A guy was explaining to me once of why that happens. Some cars are the opposite though. It's loudest with the cabin sealed off.
