If you have the long style compressor mounted on the passenger side, and you currently have the cast iron a/c bracket, its best just to modify your current bracket. The original cast iron bracket is much more durable then the cheapo aftermarket ones. Some grinding of material from the bracket is needed but its no big deal. Then just use the original exhaust bolts for the bracket location. Use washers and or spacers to compensate for the difference in thickness between the stock manifold and header flange. Grinding is needed for clearence of the #2 header tube. Maybe a half moon shape about 1/2 inch deep on the bottom side of the bracket inline with the header tube. Bench grinder makes quick work of it.
