I converted mine many years ago, so I won't even try to guess the cost. The hardest part is hanging the pedals. You'll need to weld some brakets to the crossmember that support the tranny mount bracket that hangs over the front of the crossmember for manual cars, and you will also have to weld a bracket to the frame for the clutch linkage. Here is a link to a thread that should give the info that you need with pics. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=194314

List of parts needed:

tranny
bellhousing
clutch assbly
fabricated brackets to support tranny mount bracket(must be welded to crossmember)
Tranny mount bracket
Exhaust bracket
Pedals
clutch linkage
clutch fork
throwout bearing
bellcrank/Z-bar
bellcrank bracket (to be welded to frame)
pivot ball for bellcrank(goes into side of block)
shifter
yoke(if different than the one you have)
pilot bushing in end of crankshaft
shifter plate(console)
upper and lower shifter boots
reverse light switch
neutral safety switch(if you want one)

There's probably a few things I missed, but you get the idea.

Tom
