Simple MSD Blaster II coil & 6AL hookup question??
For those of you guys running a complete MSD setup (Dist, Coil, & 6 Series ignition) can you answer a easy question for me.
I understand all of the wiring configuration to hook everything up except for one thing.
What happens to the original wire that connected to the negative side of your coil?
I do believe the wire that went to the positive side of the coil now connects to the small red wire for the 6AL since it is the switched 12v wire.
No where can I find what it says to do with the negative wire.
They claim that only 2 wires connecting to the blaster coil are the orange and black wire from the 6AL.
Am I stupid or does this wire now just not get used?
