I've got the front figured out, thats easy, more a matter of budget.
You just get your coil overs with cone shaped springs, they fit right into the spring tower and they also have a shock style top. The Lower A-Arn would have to be reinforced with a plate or something, but it shouldn't be too hard.

The rear I don't know...Looks hard.

I've been thinking about the rear alittle... wonder if you could mount them 1 on the lower part of the spindle, and the top part to diff cover... just a vague idea thats been on the back burner forever

He's something that might be of interest. How hard would it be to switch to a Ford 9" or a GM 12 bolt standard rear so you could get un-expensive parts.

If you want to make an all out drag car the 9" is the only way.

But you know what? If I were to build a drag car I think I would either buy one or use a car besides a Vette...

If you can, find RedTurbo, he can answer some questions about the front assembly. He is running coil-overs on the front of his 72 with aftermarket brakes.

Thanks for the info. About the 9", I'm not looking for an all out drag car, just something that is solid and reliable.
