Default Got my engine back from shop.

Well, picked up the old 350 yesterday. Would post some pics but I can't get to my forum webpage to post them. It looks sweet with the RPM aluminum heads and the 1.6 roller tip rockers. Ended up with the XE262 cam since I do drive the car a lot and wanted the low end power.

Also got my core support back last week from the welder (blacksmith would be more appropriate). Guy did a great job for $90.

All the project is waiting on now is the driveshafts to get the u-joints done (promised Wednesday) and the ROD 6 to show up. Every day I check the Summit website, the delivery date slips a day.

Hopefully back on the road by March. As for today, replace intake manifold or watch the Superbowl?

Superbowl, chili, chips and beer. Of course.
