Default 77 Heater control

OK. I took my heater control out. (totally not working) I took it apart, cleaned all the muck from around the contacts and rotary contacts. Cleaned the contacts real good. Now, the fan will blow in MAX AC position only. Nothing in any other position. Is my unit shot, or is there a rebuild kit out the somewhere? Or...am I missing something? Any ideas?

Ron--

Check the blower fuse buddy. The fan will work on HIGH even with a bad fuse because there is a HIGH speed fan relay to supply power. The lower speeds will not.

Hey. Will do. Soon as I read that i said...duh! I have another place to try alos. The plug under the hood. But I believe in going simple first...so Ill check the fuse.

Cold this weekend huh? Bout froze my butt off at work yesterday. And today is the Superbowl. May have to wait till morning to get out there. Takes my garage about an hour to heat up when its like this.

Take car buddy and thank for the guidance.

Ron
