I spent two hrs trying to figure out the way the rod comes down from the handle and connects to the door latch:mad ...the way I installed the first time I put the bend toward the inside of the car and it hit the lock cylinder..tried to flip it around and it hit the lock also......Does anyone happen to have a picture of the set up..I should have known better and taken pictures before disassembly myself..Need help guys pictures or description anything please....This is holding up the assembly line :yesnod:

I've never done it but you can look here. Go to http://WWW.corvettefever.com and on the left side go to the tech section. Then go on the "how to" link and they describe in detail how to change the door handles w/pics too. This may help you.
