Been drivin the vette last couple of days...
She's doing pretty well.. If you're reading this tom, the idle at park is not right at 900, then it drops to around 750.. much better than 1300 to 800 :D!! The brakes are still iffy, I felt the bleeders and felt some moisture/brownish fluid around them, so i'm not quite convinced they are holding. Otherwise she's good... got some sparkplugs today. Can't wait to put on the manifold. The carb from AC is awesome. Looks great! Slowly i'm making progress... once those pesky brakes are dialed in, i'll be a lot more confident in the car and drive it around more often. :) :seeya

Brakes are good. :) You'll get everything together on the car. Glad to hear you're making progress. Now just waiting for the Santa Claus in brown to show up with his big brown truck carrying packages. :yesnod:

Hi Jen,
Did you go with the Performer Air Gap, RPM Air Gap, or something different? Sucks waiting on the delivery guy, huh? I have a tendency to call back the next day to get a tracking number. And then I'm always on the website looking to see where that big brown truck is at. :D

What distributor are you putting in? I'm thinking about the Proform when I do mine, but I'm going with the Edelbrock q-jet replacement for a carb and the Performer manifold. If you have everyting ready to install by the 10th, maybe that can be Tom's 'clinic' project? :yesnod:

I'm sure you'll be happy, I've heard good things about the stealth.
As far as the yellow sticker -- I keep a good rapport with the UPS delivery gal so I don't get the stickers anymore, she just leaves my parts between the doors. :D I'm usually somewhere around the complex working on some project anyway so my parts don't sit around very long before I notice them.
