My opinion is yes, sleeves are just that, block bored and sleeves put in, should be easy to knock sleeves out and put in new ones. Good luck.

unless you can get the block for free I doubt it would be worth it. Most times it's only worth sleeving blocks if they are the origional block, or a rare block like an old hemi, and then only one or two holes since it'll run you about $100 per hole...

Your post does not provide very much information , but yes you can replace sleeves . They can be removed by offset boring the sleeve ,this causes the old sleeve to come away from the cylinder wall . The problem is that after the replacement is installed subsequent distortion of adjacent cylinders take place . If you want more info e/mail me !

Yes, like the others stated you will be able to resleeve. For our race motors my father sleeve's ALL the cylinder's in the block the first go round for added strength.

I'm with Keith on this one. Unless you want to keep the block for originality's sake....you'll probably be better off get a new one. I had originally looked into sleeving two of my cylinder walls on my (what is now) junk 454 block. I believe I was quoted $125.00 per sleeve. I ended up just purchasing another 454 block for $350 shipped to my door. Call me old fashioned but there's just something about a sleeve that bothers me.

My question would be why are you having to resleeve it? There are only to reasons to sleeve a bore. The bore is scored or cracked. If it is scored and happened again I would try to find out why this is happening. If the bore was cracked and then sleeved and that sleeve let go you do not want to resleeve it or it will let go again. Before I would spend the money to resleeve it I would want a definent answer on why this is happening or I would start looking for a different block.
