Default Calling out Nastee383!!!!!!

Hey Nastee383, I was told you hang out on this board, hope you see this.
There is a certain black and white '55 Chevy that you said you wanted first dibs on at the track, so here's your chance. I'm going to test-n-tune Sunday, Feb. 3rd. This will be the one and only chance you get to bust my behind, as I'm moving and my car gets picked up in the middle of Feb. You told me at the Sonic that when I went you wanted to be the 1st one to run me so now is the time. Not only is it your chance to get me back for that race I got you into with the S-10, but it's your chance to beat up on a old rotten car that only gets driven a couple times a month and is getting trailered to the track. I've seen you driving all over town lately! I don't know what kinda times I'll run, but you should spank me for sure on the bottle. If you need your bottle topped off bring it down, and I will personaly do it! LOL Sighning my own death warrant. Oh well, hope to see you there. Mark from Gator :reddevil :reddevil

That's what I like. Good friendly competition!!

Wish we had a track near me. Closest track is about 90 miles. If I broke down at the track, it would be a big hassle.

Oh well. Good luck. :chevy

I'm sure Nastee would happily meat up with you :). It is refreshing to finally see some friendly competition instead of the usual name calling. Good luck to the both of you (but I'm cheering for Nastee).

Hey Dragula
You think maybe Nastee is duckin' ya? His car IS yellow you know. LOL Nastee; we're taking the mean machine to the track next Sunday too. We can take turns driving the nails back in Dragula's coffin, then ship the whole mess via Greyhound back to NY. Who knows, he might give up and buy a Vette...

Give up and buy a Vette?! It would be more like I hit the brakes at the shut down, and the body slides forward off the frame, then I look for another free car. And doubt that it would be a Vette! Maybe I'll get lucky and he won't see this post till after I've gone to the track? Yea right, I may just have to lay some rubber down in the street in front of his house and REALLY call him out, LMAO!

Well, well, well...I hadn't planned on racing so soon but you have made me an offer I can't (in good conscience) refuse. If (when) I whup you and send you on to New York you have to post a picture of my car on your driver's side window with the caption "I was beat by this Corvette in an eighth mile drag race after I foolishly challenged him." I'll have it all prepared and ready for you on Sunday! :yesnod:

Hey, at least I'll have a good story to tell the grandkids, right? Think I'll barrow a couple big shot plates for sunday and hit it with 300 out of the hole and another 300 about 60 ft out. LMAO@me! Looking forward to it, hopefully the drag gods smile upon us and give us blue skies. P.S., if by some chance I'm in front at the traps, I won't make you put a pic of my car in your window, that would be to cruel and I'm not that bad of a guy. Mark

1955 Chevy. No trim just empty trim holes leaving rust streaks down the side of the body. Cracked up fiberglass tilt front end with crooked headlights. Taped over rust holes in doors rattle canned black to match the rest of the rattle can two tone job. Cut quarter panels to clear rear tires. cancer everywhere (Gods way of helping me lighten the body). Oh yea and a tunnel ram small block with a muncie and 4.56 gears outback. :reddevil

The look of a hobo with the heart of a track star, my kinda style. Someone should videotape this race, it sounds like it'll be fun.

Of course I'm just talking trash. I have no idea if I can win or not. But I've never ducked a race. If you like DRAGULA, I will remove said nitrous bottle and we'll go motor to motor. But with all the speed parts and know how in that shop you work in, there's no telling what kind of sorcery ya'll are performing on that ole '55. ;)

Nastee383

You might want to go up on the nitrous setup & swap in some lower gears & slicks. If there's no money in the body, expect you can guess where it is.

I'll tell you what. I'm going to be completely honest with you here. I don't hev more then $4000 in the entire car, thats the car and drivetrain combined! The mototr is just a .030 over 350, cast crank, stock rods, 461 steet heads, the coolest part on it is the 60's tech. single carb tunnel ram. This is why I was saying you'll kill me for sure on the bottle, but"id run ya anyway since I told you I would at the Sonic (if it ever went to the track). So here it is, I've never ran the car hard though all 4 gears, Ive never launched it from a stand still, only from about a 10 MPH roll, and I've never had it down the dragstrip. If you want I won't do any warm up/figure the car out for the 1st time runs, I'll just make my first run against you motor to motor, then saying that everything holds together, we can do bottle to motor? Either way its going to be fun, but I'll admit I'd rather have a close run than a half sec difference. Ok there it is. Mark :boxing

Alwyn678,
I'm sure the run will get video'd. I can convert the run to an mpeg file, and I could email it to those interested, or post it if I can figure out how, OR, Nastee could post it. But if he loses, will he still want to?....he he. This is more fun than a barrel of monkeys. Oh yeah Nastee, there's no sorcery going on, we have our own agenda with a certain Rustang top sportsman car shooting his guns around town about how he's coming after us. It's gonna be like the wild west, or the WWF; I'm not sure which, but it's all fun. Gotta go top off the nitrous bottles now... :boxing
