Rhys, the bumperettes are black
A couple of weeks ago Rhys politly IMed that my bumperettes were still not painted. (It has only been a year and a half since I painted the car) So today I could not find any excuse not to work on the car. Once I got started the "while I'm at it" syndrome got me. After I painted the bumperettes, I polished the wheels and "while I'm at it" I put on the sidepipes. The weather in Wisconsin is 50 degrees today so once I fit the covers I just had to take it for a ride.
End of January, 50 degrees, tops off, sidepipes blaring! You just GOT to love it! :D
I will be painting the cover tommorow morning. Will post a pic when there done.

It was over 50 here in NY today too. To bad they've got the roads all salted up. If I didn't have to replace the heads gaskets on my other project today I would have pulled the Vette out in teh driveway and fired it though. :seeya
