?'s on tools for front suspension rebuild.
I am purchasing tools to assist my rebuild my front end. I already have an air chisel, with rivet cutting bit, internal spring compressor, pickle fork, and air cut off tool. I still need a grease gun and some tool to remove the tierods. I found a harbor freight a tool which will pull the tie rod, I would like to use this as opposed to the pickle fork. There are two differnt sizes one is for tie rods 1 1/16 to 1 3/4 and the other one is for tierods 1 5/16 to 2 1/2. ANy idea which one I should buy? Also are poly tie rod covers worth having, they look cool! Any other tools I need? Thanks-TK

It is nice to have the tools you list but not necessary. When I did mine I just used 3/8". 1/2" drive ratchets and a set of combination open/box wrenches.
