The color of that car is amazing!  Incredible when the sun hits it.
In the other picture and your sig pic it looks almost black. Is that the camera, or does it really dark down that much without the sun on it?

Thanks 68350hp.....
Ive told people this before and no one wants to listen to me, but its a boat wax called "Trewax." you can get it from any boat supply like Boat US, Boaters World, or West Marine.
It gives off a great shine, and think about the abuse a boat takes everyday not only from the sun, but the salt water. They must have made the wax real good to last a whole season of boating.....anyway, 2-3 coats will last over a year on a car. Its great IMHO! :yesnod:

Wow, the color on your car requires

Where do you get the polished aluminum side bolsters(is that what they are called) and how much do they cost? Mine are brushed aluminum and aren't as high quality as yours. I saw someone at a cruise in with them and they are top notch!

Very nice....I'm not usually a blue kind of guy, but as someone previously mentiond yours looks great in the sun. I am going to purchase some boat way, as I had heard about that from another Corvette owner...it makes since.......fiberglass etc.

pat.....i dont see your name one....ill give ya a call if i dontt cya online in the next few days...i told mark about it as well. you gonna race if we go??

polished aluminum side bolsters(is that what they are called) and how much do they cost
Do you mean the "Rocker moldings" / Chrome molding beneath the door, which is the legnth of the wheelbase practically?? If so, i dont remember where i got them....but i just looked in a Ecklers catalog, and they are 150 EACH!! There is no way I paid that much for them, so they must be cheaper somewhere else.

here are a few more from that set on a nice day........

Yea, the rocker moldings. $150 each? Mine will have to stay brushed aluminum! Thanks!
