1980 razz

aloha..going to vegas next month and was wondering if there where any good part places there..i need a bunch of parts for my 1980 and thought there might be somewhere there to purchase new and used parts..are there any shark graveyards or used part men over there ?if u know of any pleases let me know...thanx :cheers:

Don't know about parts places but when I go to Vegas I always have to go to the Sahara Hotel and drive at speed world. They have a ride there that will knock your socks off. There are open wheel indy cars and Nascar Cars. You get in the car and you will sware that you are driving at 200mph. The sensation is absolutly awsome. The picture of the track ahead is all around you and in your mirrors. If you use the open wheel cars there are small fans that blow the wind in your face. But be prepared, if you spin, flip or hit the wall many that I know have gotten mighy queasy. You will sware that you are actually driving Las Vegas International Speedway. Don't miss it you will not be disappointed.

I dont know of any Bone Yards around there....but I would imagine they would RAPE YOU......now on visiting the sites....

just went there last fall....

Definately go to Studio54

visit Caesars Palace, The Venetian, Stratosphere, Hard Rock, etc.
Go to a few shows....Blue Man Group, etc., unfortunately I didnt make it
to any of the shows...but I know they are first rate.

And First Rule of Thumb - ...dont lose your WALLET !!!

I was there in nov. talked to a few people at the imperial palace,
no one knew of any grave yards, check out their car collection,
I think the ticket was $7.00, for a neet site go to vegas.com

sorry, razz, no real bone yards out here for vettes. therer are a couple of places but we're only talking about a dozen cars all together i'd guess. i've been looking myself but no real luck. i see one or two here, maybe half dozen there but nothing that would be worth wasting a day in vegas. then again, if your just planning on sitting in front of a slot machine maybe it would be :)

sorry to Say MJ ...since 9-11 incident....you can't even get close enough to SEE the Hoover Dam from a distance.....we tried. Shut down and locked up tighter than a ____________ :D (you fill in the blank here)

unless they re-opened her....she is closed up and absolutely no tours.

No good wrecking yards at all. I had to rebuild my car from a catalog. The dam is open to passenger cars only. No tours yet. I've heard Mandalay bay has been having cheap rooms lately. That place is first class.
