Electronic flasher swap- how the ?!?! do I reach the stupid thing?
I'm gonna put an electronic flasher in my car, in preparation for the LED bulbs I'm getting within the next couple weeks, and just wonder how the heck I'm supposed to get the old one out, and the new one in? I can't see a damn thing! I know the flasher's in the upper left, but is there a safer way to do it than by feel?
Or should I whip out a video camera w/ infravision and watch what I'm doing?

Only real way to work under the dash on these cars is to remove the front seat, no big deal, just four nuts from underside carriage and out the seat will come. Must unhook elect wire, if electric seats.
With the seat out of the way, then you can lay down and begin to see what you're doing.

Never yanked the seat in the vette before. Ah well, there's a first time for everything.
I can reach the flasher, but I can't seem to get it out with my fingers. Too many wires in the way. Is there some sort of trick other than brute force? Thanks..

It is a 10-second job. Check the location on the fuse-box diagram below. Just pull out.
