InterCity Lines is a very good transport company. Don't know about prices. Their web site is http://www.intercitylines.com. Good luck.

76 red
I dont have and advice on wnat company to reccomend, however here is some food for thought.

1000's of snowbirds (thats retired folk) move there cars to flordia every winter and transport them home during the summer. If you transport the car during those peak times you will pay through the nose.

there are several ways to transport the car.

drive it
Con: milage, wear, gas, food , plane ticket, speeding ticket?
Pro: its free!! ( except for milage, wear, gas, food , plane ticket, speeding ticket?)

Multi car transport
You car is loaded with 8 other cars. The trucker makes a travel route that will eventually get your car there.
Con: your car is driven on and off the ramp-thingie several times as other cars are delivered and picked up. You could get a car leaking oil on top of you. The trucker will stop at night to park, and your car will be "exposed" to the bad elements of society (hey if it was a ford windstar. no problem. but it a vette instead). The amount of time sucks! figure on 2-4 weeks with no guarntee on delerivy date. The company you hired will probally not be the the company the delivers the car. Most of the truckers act as sub contractors or are indipendant.
Pro: its the cheapest! (ohio to arizona = $600) I would guess about the same for your vette.

Covered multi car transport
A traler thats holds about 6 cars
Con: dammm its expensive! Delivery time is about the same only because there are fewer of the trucks on the road making money. The car is moved on and off the traler several times.
Pro: this is what the ferrari and porshe use to transport (oh...im sorry did my AMERICAN MUSLE CAR drip some oil on your air cooled 1600cc german porshe. well atleast it tasted what REAL power is like! ). Its safe, secure, and no rain will hurt the paint. (ohio to arizona = $1800)

Single car covered transport
Con: DAMMMM ITS REALLLLY expensive!!
Pro: safe, secure. Its takes about a week or less to deliver. You can use this if the car doesent run. (ohio to arizona= $2200...cough,cough,choke gag!)

good luck
