I have seen it said time after time on this and other sections of CF...
"send it COD "
If you are sending one box, no problem...
The problem happens when you send 2 or more boxes on COD. The person can refuse the first box with the COD sticker on it, and accept the other one (or ones), since there is only one sticker box with a COD lable, that is the one that is official.The other boxes are just along for the ride, and are not officially part of the deal...
I might be wrong here, if so please correct me. But this is what my folks found out the hard way a couple of years ago, and they were told that there was no recourse...

U got to use your head....divide the total cod into equal amounts and put cod on each box

COD isn't all that safe to begin with. Say you buy a set of heads off of a guy and the package arrives via COD. You pay for the package and then open it only to find a box of rocks...you now have a $800 rock collection :). It could happen, that's why an Escrow service is probably the safer path to take.
