Would you..
.... drive your Vette if it had a ton of paint chips? My dad's Vette is in serious need of a paintjob and people thought he was nuts for driving it with paint chips (can't drive it now until we replace the whole power steering unit.) But what do you think when you see a Vette with paint chips? Do you think the driver is nuts or do you think most Vettes arent perfect? Oh and BTW updated my sig pic (dad got me a digital camera)

Looks ain't everything. My best friend use to take his vette to the local cruise. The vette was painted brown, its nickname was chocolate chip. We use to sit on the hood and pull chips of paint off whenever we got bored.
The vettes paint was gone but he still took it out and enjoyed driving it. He later did paint it and it was a beauty and he still drove it whenever he could.

What are "paint chips"? Is that flaking/peeling paint? Or, is it chips in the paint from rocks, etc.? I have a ton of the latter :(
But, I drive my car all the time. I guess some might consider me tacky, but heck, my Corvette is always going to need something. It'd be in the garage all of the time if I didn't take it out when it wasn't "perfect".
Drive it, fix it when you can :yesnod:
