Who was the guy in DFW that lost his 70 vette?
What ever came of that situation. Did the guy pick up
the vette? Did you buy it off of him?
Couldn't find the thread or your name. Forum is not great
for searching. Too bad they couldn't provide a list of
threads only for review.

There must have been more to the story than was presented... For some reason the thread and all traces of the whole thing just disappeared! Maybe the forum management was afraid of legal action or we were only hearing part of the story, I really don't know. Or maybe the guy's lawyer told him to try and get rid of any comments, so it wouldn't hurt his legal case against the dealer that originally sold him the car.
I thought it was really strange how everything about it just vanished!

I haven't heard anything from Steve lately. He's been a forum member for several years now and was one of the original '70 registry members from 2000. :) He might not have seen this thread yet or is purposefully not discussing the subject. :nonod: Don't go jumping to any conclusions or assuming that the matter has been resolved yet. :yesnod: ~Juliet

I have not been abducted by aliens..
...at least not that I'm aware of...
After a couple of posts by Lawyer C3 owners, I decided it would be best to quiet down about it all until everything was resolved completely.
The C3 moderators were very kind in removing the topic from the forum at my request, since it could have created some problems down the road.
Rest assured that you will all know the outcome when all of this is through.
In the meantime, I'll be a bit quiet about this thing.
It feels good to know that so many people care. You guys will be the second to know everything (after my wife)
Thanks All,
Steve
