they are purdy, but I had one break :cuss when i had to avoid a sudden swerveing vehicle that cut me off on the road :cuss , it broke and was leaking fuel like a water hose :cuss ...granted that wasnt my 'vette.....but unless its securely mounted, very good chance of it getting broken.

The crushed velvet door panels and console are a definate plus. That has to be worth several thousand dollars and a couple of tenths in the quarter.

In all seriousness, in order to undo that interior, it will cost a lot of $$$. The interior will cost more than an engine rebuild. Didn't "fuzzy" interiors go out with disco???

does that zero after the sellers name mean he has never sold on e-bay before? I woiuld be very learry (sp?) of this guy and if was top bidder would require that he accept the use of e-bays escrow option or some other form of buyer protection.

This guy has three other cars for sale on e-bay. Be careful.

On other side of the coin - its a good looking car.

The car would look great if it didn't have the pimpish interior and wire wheels.

I like the car... maybe pull the door panels and go back to stock... but the rest of the interior looks just fine from my eyes... under the hood some one spent many hours not just bolting parts on, but also making it look good at the same time... look at the valve covers, and other parts that they could have just gone chrome with :yesnod: i like chrome but the detail is great to see

Yeah, too much aftermarket equipment for my taste. The wheels to the "plush" interior too much. It is in good condition though, looks clean and well taken care of.

I would pass on $10K. I have no interest in undoing what the seller has done to this coupe despite my love for Split Tails. I like my Corvettes stock and would have to approach this lady from the standoint of asking price plus what it would take to get her back to stock.

My Buddy has been keeping tabs on me with my car, He neither has the time , room or real mechanical experience to do major repairs on a car. He has looked at some real crappy cars and some real NICE BIG $$$$$ cars. This car is local to us it just down the road. I have already talked to the high bidder, he has a $9,000 proxy on the car. I think it can be gotten for $9,100 to $9,500. Craig will I think get tired of that interior, but he likes those wheels. If I had the money I would give $9,000 for it. But My next car will be a chrome bumper vert. I just have talk the wife into it.

looks to be in decent shape, but I go more for the stock, original car look rather that one that's almost completely after market. Makes you wonder why all the mods. There's lots of original c3's in the same price range that he should look into before bidding on this. Just my opinion.

I gave $9,400 for 'ol blue. It turned 50,000 miles on the trip home after I bought it. All original except for a trailer hitch and stupid light hookup!
